We perform dynamic balancing in 1/2 and 3 planes at our facilities in Kerava.

NC-Point Oy performs dynamic balancing in its own facilities in Kerava. Dynamic balancing is performed on parts of different sizes in two planes, including rotating parts that require special precision and expertise. We have several machines suitable for the task, which allow us to quickly identify imbalances in the parts and also correct these errors quite easily.

Our machines can measure, for example, the average deflection of a roll as the speed changes and balance it in 3 planes.

Quality-improving balancing even for large pieces

Dynamic balancing is also possible for large parts. We can balance parts with the following dimensions: weight max. 20 t, diameter 3 m and length 10 m. Inquire about the service for your own machines!

In the hands of our professionals, even challenging balancing tasks are successful and the parts are of the required quality. Unbalanced parts cause, among other things, overloading of bearings and structures, reduced usability and deterioration of the quality of the final product. Correcting errors prevents damage now and in the future.

We also perform static balancing on horizontal and vertical machines.

In addition to dynamic balancing, we also offer static balancing. Static balancing is performed on a single plane. We also have a large, in-house machine fleet for this purpose. Contact us if you would like to know more or order a balancing service right away.

We act as an importer of balancing machines.

We also have the opportunity to purchase balancing machines. We import balancing machines manufactured by Schenck RoTec GmbH, which we have delivered to Finland and Estonia in several hundred pieces. Estonia is part of our area of operation. We have representation and maintenance service for the machines in question. These machines can balance, among other things, paper machine rollers, electric motor rotors, fan impellers, aircraft engine parts and other items. Weight limits range from 0.1 kg to 100,000 kg.
